Regulations
In accordance with Article 25 of Decree 13/2020, of May 18, the establishment has the following Internal Regulations, which are mandatory for all guests.
Article 25 of Decree 13/2020 states:
- Hotel establishments must have internal regulations that establish mandatory rules for guests during their stay, without contravening the provisions of Law 13/2011, of December 23, or this Chapter.
- The internal regulations will always be available to guests. Users and will be displayed, at least in Spanish and English, in a visible and easily accessible place within the establishment. This regulation must be published on the establishment's website, if one exists.
- Hotel operators may request the assistance of law enforcement agencies to remove from the premises those who violate the internal regulations, breach the usual rules of social conduct, or attempt to access or remain on the premises for a purpose other than the normal use of the service, in accordance with the provisions of Article 36.4 of Law 13/2011, of December 23.
Regulations
- Guests are required to present identification upon arrival at the hotel.
- Every guest will be given an admission document before arrival, which must be signed. This document includes the name, category, and registration number of the establishment, the number or identification of the accommodation unit, the number of guests, meal plan, check-in and check-out dates, and the price of the accommodation if the guest has booked directly with the hotel. The admission document, once signed, will be kept by the establishment.
- Upon signing the admission document or accommodation contract, you will be given an identification card (in establishments where it is used for the provision of contracted services), which must be presented if you wish to use them.
- Obligations of users of tourist services: The owners of the establishments may prevent access to and continued stay of users who fail to comply or have previously failed to comply with any of the following obligations (Articles 36.3 and 22 of Tourism Law 13/2011):
- Observe the rules of conduct and hygiene established for the proper use of tourist establishments.
- Respect the internal regulations of tourist establishments, provided they are not contrary to the law.
- Respect the date
- Agreed check-out time, leaving the occupied unit vacant
- Pay for the contracted services upon presentation of the invoice or within the agreed timeframe. Filing a complaint does not exempt guests from payment.
- Respect the establishments, facilities, and equipment of the tourism businesses.
- Respect the environment, historical and cultural heritage, and tourist resources of Andalusia.
- The hotel may request a prepayment guarantee, using any of the following methods: credit card, bank transfer, etc., for the contracted services, both for the entire reservation and for any extras.
- The hotel day begins at 12:00 noon on the first day of the contracted period and ends at 12:00 noon on the designated check-out date. However, the establishment reserves the right to delay making the accommodation unit available to the user for a period of no more than three hours for cleaning and preparing the room if the previous guests checked out after 11:00 AM. Without prior agreement, no extension of the stay beyond the contracted period will be permitted. If an agreement is reached, the rate for a full day will be charged.
- Two people may not stay in a double room booked as a single. In this case, the double occupancy rate will apply.
- The hotel has a safe for storing money and valuables, which can be deposited at Reception against a receipt. The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of money or valuables not deposited in the safe.
- Room cleaning hours are from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Please use the room towels only for personal hygiene.
- Smoking is prohibited in the establishment, except as permitted by Law 28/2005, on health measures against smoking, as well as Law 42/2010 of December 30, which amends it.
- Food and drinks may not be brought into the room for consumption inside.
- Access is prohibited for people accompanied by animals without the express authorization of the establishment, with the exception of people accompanied by guide dogs, in accordance with Law 5/1998 of November 23, relating to the use of guide dogs in Andalusia by people with visual impairments.
- The television remote control may be borrowed from reception upon receipt of a deposit of -- euros, which will be refunded upon departure once the deposit slip and the remote control have been returned to reception.
- For those services of the establishment In venues intended for both clients and the general public, such as those hosting monthly themed events, access and/or continued presence will be prohibited in the following cases:
- When the established capacity has been reached by the users already inside the venue or establishment.
- When the establishment's closing time has passed.
- When the person does not meet the minimum age requirement for entry, as established by current regulations.
- When the person attempting to enter has not paid the entrance fee where applicable.
- When the person displays violent behavior, especially when they act aggressively, cause disturbances, create dangerous situations, or disturb other attendees.
- When the person does not meet minimum hygiene standards.
- When the person is carrying weapons or other potentially dangerous objects.
- They may not be used as such, unless, in accordance with the applicable regulations, they are members of the Security Forces or private security personnel employed by private companies and are entering the establishment in the performance of their duties.
- When the person is consuming drugs, narcotics, or psychotropic substances, or shows symptoms of having consumed them, and those who show clear signs or behaviors of being intoxicated. Likewise, malicious damage to the facilities, disturbances, or excessive noise will be grounds for expulsion, especially if other guests complain that their peace and privacy are disturbed.
- In all these cases, the hotel may request assistance from the competent police authorities.
- However, in the cases described above, the person is obligated to pay for any expenses incurred up to the moment of being banned from the establishment.

For any questions or concerns regarding the operation of the hotel, please contact our reception staff, who will assist you and, if necessary, put you in touch with the appropriate person to resolve your question or concern. The Director is ultimately responsible for the hotel.
INFORMATION COMPLEMENTARY SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES
- You can inquire at reception about excursions, services, and experiences provided by companies other than the hotel operator.
- This establishment is not responsible for services provided by companies other than the hotel operator.
- All facilities and services offered by the hotel comply with the stipulated safety measures, guaranteeing and promoting your safety.
TIPS AND SUGGESTIONS
- Keep an eye on your luggage. Don't leave it unattended.
- Keep your door closed when you are in your room.
- Close your room door when you leave, and try to open it again to make sure it is properly closed, even if you will only be gone for a short time.
- Close your luggage when you are not using it and put it in your closet. If your luggage has a lock, always use it.
- Never display jewelry, money, or valuables in your room.
- Immediately notify Management of any unusual activity you observe, such as: suspicious individuals in the hallway, repeated phone calls from unidentified individuals, knocks on your door from unknown persons, or finding no one at the door when you go to open it.
- Keep your room key safe. Do not simply leave it at the Reception desk; always return it in person when you leave the hotel. Never display your room key in public places.
- If you forget or lose your key, only Reception staff are authorized to provide you with a new key to open your room, for an additional charge of €15.
- Our security measures require that you extinguish your cigarette before going to bed. Safety regulations prohibit the use of irons or any other electrical appliances that could cause a fire in hotel rooms.
- Please do not be offended if you are asked to show identification at reception. It is for your safety.
- When socializing with strangers, do not reveal the name of the hotel or your room number.
- Never allow maintenance personnel into your room without prior request or authorization from hotel management.
- Never allow unsolicited deliveries into your room.
- Never discuss specific plans for future excursions, outings, etc., in public or with strangers.
- If you would like your room cleaned, please hang a sign outside your door that reads: "Please clean room." If you wish not to be disturbed, please hang a sign that says "Please Do Not Disturb."
- Do not hang clothes over the terrace railing or inside the terrace on lines.
- If you notice any damage or problems, please contact reception.
- The electrical system in your room is 220 volts.
- Please respect the areas where the rooms are located during nighttime and siesta hours, and in general, avoid making unnecessary noise.
- Please use the facilities appropriately, respecting the furniture and gardens of the hotel.
- Please respect the opening hours of all hotel facilities.
- We appreciate your participation in any emergency or evacuation drills that may be carried out during your stay at the hotel.
- Some schedules may change depending on the time of year.
