These General Terms and Conditions of Contract and Use are intended to regulate the provision of information supplied in the HOTEL MACAVI online store, as well as the commercial transactions that arise between HOTEL MACAVI and the users of the domain www.hotelmacavi.es. Both browsing the online store and purchasing any of the products offered therein imply acceptance by the user, without reservation of any kind, of each and every one of these general terms and conditions of contract and use. Through the Website, HOTEL MACAVI offers Users the possibility of booking rooms at our hotel based on availability, as well as reserving a table at our restaurant (hereinafter, the “Services”).

To place an order, you must connect to www.hotelmacavi.es and once you have decided on the date(s) and type of accommodation, you must check availability according to the dates you are interested in, as indicated on the screen. Once we have decided to formalize the reservation, we will proceed to complete the requested data for the issuance of the document that we will send you by email.
The prices and offers presented on the Website are valid solely and exclusively for online orders placed at www.hotelmacavi.es and may not match the prices and offers available at other HOTEL MACAVI stores. Order validation by the customer expressly implies knowledge and acceptance of these general terms and conditions as part of the contract. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by HOTEL MACAVI constitutes proof of all transactions carried out between HOTEL MACAVI and its customers. HOTEL MACAVI will archive the electronic document formalizing the contract, and this document will be accessible. Once the purchase/reservation has been made, and as soon as possible, but always within 24 hours of the purchase, HOTEL MACAVI's Customer Service will send you a purchase confirmation by email. If you do not agree with the information in this confirmation, you may request its modification or the cancellation of the contract. 5. Data Protection data

8. Duration and Termination

If a reservation made at www.hotelmacavi.es is not honored, the customer's credit card will be charged the room rate as indicated at the time of booking, unless the WEB OFFER RATE option is selected, in which case cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.
10. Dispute Resolution. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms of Use, as well as the use of the Website, shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved before the courts of Rota.
In the event that any provision of these General Terms of Use is deemed unenforceable or invalid under applicable law or as a result of a judicial or administrative ruling, such unenforceability or invalidity will not render these General Terms of Use unenforceable or invalid in their entirety. In such cases, HOTEL MACAVI will modify or replace said provision with another that is valid and enforceable and that, to the extent possible, achieves the objective and intent reflected in the original provision.
